Finding Where Mind Ends and Heart Begins

A friend asked me how to tell which parts of her were coming from mind/ego rather than heart/spirit. In response I made my best effort to share the breathing technique I have developed over the past eight years. I decided to record my thought process and explain as I go. Since I do this in my day job, I figured I could do it!
I have written in detail about Heart Vs Mind. Reading this blog post might be beneficial in understanding the vocabulary as well as the goal.
This particular recording is a 5 minute exercise. I would not consider it a guided meditation because I do pull you around a bit to explore. The point of the exercise is to distinguish between our monkey brain and our peaceful hearts, in real time and in your body.
