Alignment
Seeking alignment in one’s life is about becoming true to your heart/soul. Alignment leads to our truth, strength, balance, potential, and peace. No one can do it for you; even in yoga, with Michael pushing and prodding me into place, I had to do the work. It cannot be thought through in mind only, it has to be felt also in the heart. And it is not a fixed position; you will constantly tweak, adjust, and remind yourself as soon as one thing is in place to address another that has slipped away. And to breath, always breath. Alignment is active, it twists and turns, it roots down, and shoots up. It is sensing and feeling its way, constantly seeking the truth.
