The Purpose of Love

We often want to direct life and love driven by how we feel they will work for us in answering to our ego and our conditioning, our current self.  But Love has other plans for us and if we listen we will become light, un-entrenched, break free of ego, and live the fullest life.  Once most of the work is done, we are left with peace and benevolence and love without bounds.

This language is really God.  It is the hum of the Source of all things.  It is finding our spirit and connecting to the collective.

Often, the proverbial child in us wants to be served by Love.  We innately want the unconditional love of another but have not learned how to give it. We know, on some level, that love is meant for us and available to us. First we must realize that love is the ultimate productive disciplinarian and teacher.  We can rebel or we can listen and trust.  When we give over, we evolve into the light that is Love. - SJR

Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it
